its been a tough year in North America, oil gushing into the Gulf of Mexico, while in Asia, some of the highest temperature was ever recorded; in the Arctic, the rapid melting of sea icebergs ever seen; in Latin America recoded the heaviest rainstorm washing away whole mountainsides.

Hence on this auspicious date, we celebrate.

hey're calling it the Global Work Party, emphasizing on both "Work" and "Party". In Auckland, New Zealand today, they're having a Giant Bike Fix-day, to get all bicycles in the city back on the road. Over at Maldives, the people are putting up solar panels on the President's office. Massive tree-planting activity is going on at Kampala, the largest city in Uganda and while in Bolivia, they're installing solar stoves for enormous carbon neutral picnic.

I don't remember when was the last time I've been working out so very vigorously and sweat to my heart's content. Could be when I stood in the volleyball court one last time playing my last high school match, who knows. That was one inspiriting feeling I've had had. Thankfully.

Recently, for the past 2 Saturdays, I joined my brother and his friends for badminton sessions in the evening and I think it brought my spirit back. I'm feeling much younger already and trust me, when I put in everything for the game, I sensed all satisfaction like before. So reviving haha. Gonna go for more rounds of it, I promise.

I remember how I used to be so in love with my sport that I've never had problems with my diet lolx. I guess... it doesn't hurt to start all over again, does it?

Guess what, just this morning, my brother dragged me for a facial treatment for free... they're free for a reason, don't bother asking. That was my virgin-time to have my blackheads picked and GRAH it hurts so much!!! ... so much so that my eyes ended up so teary... haha really.
